My Background

I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2001. As a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy in Englewood, NJ, I hold my certification in Massage Therapy.During the course of my training, I studied both Western and Eastern modalities and have continued to do so over the course of my career. Some of the techniques that I was originally trained in include Swedish Massage, Japenese Anma Massage, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, sports massage and Shiatsu. 

Over the course of my career,  I have continued to add tools of the trade to my repertoire on a yearly basis. As such, I incorporate many different massage modalities into my sessions to provide my clients with a well-rounded healing touch. I am also a certified prenatal massage therapist, having completed an intensive 32-hour certification program.
