Why do I focus my practice on women?

The answer is fairly simple. Throughout my career as a therapist, I have found that, as women, we take care of everyone else's needs first. We neglect our own bodies despite our need to take care of ourselves, both physically and mentally.

As women, we also need a place that we can feel safe and secure to let go of the physical and emotional baggage that we carry around on a daily basis. Let me provide that safe haven.

By finding ease in your body, you can create an overall wellness that will spill into everything you do. You will find more comfort in your body, relaxation in your mind and an ability to be more functional in your daily life.
