You will receive a holistic massage catered to meet the individual needs of your body. A variety of modalities may be used during your session, including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, stretching and combined movement therapy.
On occasion, I will also incorporate hot stone therapy and cupping into my massage sessions.
